My name is Valerie a professional caterer specialising in wild plants. I have been living in the Herault region 18 years ago and leraned to recognize the use of wild plants in various forms and I am pleased to be able to share my knowledge with you.

14:30 local country walk and picking wild plants
19:30 delicious dinner made only from wild plants perfect for vegetarians (also meat or fish can be added) at Chateau d’Olmet
Sunday the 5th of May
12:30 light lunch served at Chateau d’Olmet
14:30 creation of medical and cosmetic balms using only wild plants. At the end of this course you will leave with balms you have prepared yourself.
19:30 another great dinner prepared by Valerie at Chateau d’Olmet
